What a judgement is
One judgement is one run of the three-judge panel. Text that is clearly noise, or clearly a buyer, is decided on content alone without convening the panel and costs nothing, so 3,000 judgements cover far more than 3,000 posts. Every scoring call returns how much of the month is left, and your console shows it too.
When the month runs out
Scoring keeps working. Posts that would have gone to the panel are decided on content alone, and each of those verdicts is marked degraded so you know to re-check it. Nothing is charged beyond your plan. Judgements reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Billing
Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel from your billing page at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can update your card and download invoices there too. To switch between Starter and Growth, email contact@signalpipe.io. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first charge if the service has not been materially used; the full terms are in the terms of service.

Is there a free trial?
No. The live panel is free instead: paste any real post and watch the three judges rule on it before you pay. It needs no account.
What counts as a judgement?
One run of the three-judge panel. Text that is clearly noise, or clearly a buyer, is decided on content alone without convening the panel and costs nothing, so a month of judgements covers far more posts than the number suggests.
What happens when I run out?
Scoring keeps working. Posts that would have gone to the panel are decided on content alone, and each of those verdicts is marked degraded, with the reason quota_exhausted, so you know to re-check it. Nothing is charged beyond your plan.
Do unused judgements roll over?
No. The count resets on the 1st of each month, UTC.
Can I use the API on Starter?
Yes. Both plans include REST, batch and MCP access and the optional scout. They differ only in monthly judgements.
How do I cancel or switch plans?
Cancel from your billing page at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. To switch between Starter and Growth, email contact@signalpipe.io and we will move you over.
Do you store my Reddit or X credentials?
No. Sending runs on your side, from your own accounts, through the open-source plugin or daemon. The managed brain only scores and drafts.
