What is OpenClaw Prospect Tracking?
Prospect tracking in SignalPipe uses a 0-100 temperature score per prospect that evolves based on interactions. Four modes — nurture, recovery, sales, and closing — map to different outreach approaches. Your OpenClaw agent surfaces the right prospects at the right moment.
How SignalPipe adds Prospect Tracking to OpenClaw
When a prospect enters the pipeline from a community post, they start at a baseline temperature. Replies, engagement, and time decay all affect the score. Your OpenClaw agent can query the pipeline by temperature, mode, or product to prioritize follow-up work.
How to set up Prospect Tracking in OpenClaw
Prospects enter automatically
Every approved lead from community scanning enters the prospect pipeline with initial contact context, the original post, and baseline temperature.
Temperature evolves
Engagement raises temperature. Time without contact lowers it. Temperature determines which of the four outreach modes applies: nurture (low), recovery (dropped), sales (warm), closing (hot).
Agent-managed follow-up
Ask your OpenClaw agent "who should I follow up with today?" and it queries SignalPipe for prospects in the right temperature band with pending actions.
Full history preserved
Every message sent, every reply received, every signal detected — all stored per prospect. Your agent never repeats itself or contradicts prior conversations.
Frequently asked questions
What is the temperature model?
Temperature is a 0-100 score per prospect that reflects their likelihood to convert based on engagement signals, time since last contact, and interaction history. It maps to four outreach modes: nurture (0-30), recovery (30-50), sales (50-80), and closing (80-100).
Can I see my full prospect pipeline?
Yes. Call `signalpipe_get_missions` with pipeline filters to see prospects by temperature, product, or stage. Your OpenClaw agent can interpret and present this data in any format you ask for.
How long are prospects tracked?
Indefinitely, unless you archive them. Temperature decays naturally over time without contact, eventually settling in nurture mode — a reminder that the prospect exists, not a pressure to act.
Can SignalPipe integrate with an external CRM?
Not yet natively. The prospect pipeline is SignalPipe-internal. CRM export and sync is on the roadmap for the multi-tenant phase of the product.
